ok, so here's the deal....

if you are wanting to buy
a home, wouldn't you do
anything you needed to,
within reason of course, to
ensure you got yourself
prepared and packaged
up in the best, most favorable
way possible, so the seller
would look favorably upon
your offer??

if you are selling a home....
wouldn't you want to know
information in regards
to credit, money in
the bank (or still have
to sell his/her/their
home?), and the
overall buyer(s)' ability
to close
the transaction ?

i think it's only common sense...
