i didn't get to eat lunch today
but dinner was wonderful!
had dinner w/realtor, kirk, and
one of my best friends
we ate @ the new york grill and
it was really good
i had oso bucco
and he had prime rib (almost raw! lol)
nice to catch up
we haven't had a chance
both being realtors and not
living nearby anymore
he looks great
he's a year and four months
without smoking and you can
really see the difference
in his complexion (sp?)
anyway things are a bit slow
in his area...also, just like here
i think we're just in a more normal marketplace
nowadays, so it may take 30-60-90 days to sell a home
unless, of course, it's highly in demand for the views
or condition, or ?
