how you doing tonight??

i'm doing well, just finished doing some research for
two possible new listings in upland
that i'm going to do a
"look, see" tomorrow
with the seller.

oh, feeling lucky that they'd
think of me knowing all
the connections that they
have....kinda in the biz...
hope it goes well

doing some extra marketing
on diamond place
tomorrow morning
@ the broker caravan
meeting

also getting ready for another
busy weekend
hopefully filled with
positive things??

need to follow up to
make sure the termite
work was completed on
palmetto

also did request for repairs
and response to it today
to the buyers of the property
on palmetto

there are alot of upgrades on this
unit and the sellers said no
to pretty much all the
cosmetic type repairs
that the buyers asked
for.....although they did
say 'yes' to a leak, if
there is one.

need to get the garage
drywall/firewall repaired
on that

will follow up on that tomorrow
too...hopefully my painter,
dear mr. kim, will be able
to do this sometime
next week.

don't think i'm getting
much activity on turner
right now....we are priced
maybe a tad bit high
although this unit is
ultra clean!!

well, i'm rambling
so i'd better say goodnight

tomorrow morning will
come early

saw papa and nonna tonight
and brought them
some chocolate covered
macaroons from claro's
nonna loved them!!
she was so happy
and looked really good.

papa did too, they invited me to
eat with them ~ soup, but already
had a dinner appt. to get to

also, dropped off some prizes to
yvette, and some macaroons!!
hope she got them before the
ants did.
