open house on coca & party @ stef's!

hi there!

yesterday had a great open house
(you could even call it a
'neighborhood reuinion'
with some of my previous
neighbors stopping by to see
the house and me....more for
the house, i'm sure)

who wouldn't want to see
or be curious about what your
neighbors house looks like inside?
(besides me)

being in the biz, i guess, i see
enough homes all the time
that i ~ well, that's not true, i do
get curious sometimes, just like anyone
else, what someone's home looks like
inside! why is that?

anyway, open house was about a c+,b-
and we did get a few people coming through
that i thought may really buy it, so we'll see.

after collecting all my signs, stopped
by diamond place to put my new fliers out
(they look so much better) and flagged down
a realtor who was showing the home down the
street that is nothing compared to diamond, for
$25K less....sure enough, he showed diamond,
then last night around 830pm checked back
with him and he said his client was pretty
interested. this am, i'm following up with
the seller and then we may be/hopefully
getting diamond sold. keeping my fingers
crossed.

an old friend, mervis, showed my turner
listing yesterday....left a message for her last night
and haven't heard yet what her client
thought.

once i was done running around for work
got some goodies at the grocery store
and came home, changed, then went
to my friend/client/best wedding planner
around ~ stef's house. it was fun!!!
her family was there and it was really
sweet of her to invite me. we had
yummy tacos, delish carne asada,
and carnitas that was seasoned to
perfection. the rice was also
really tasty. mostly i enjoyed the
'family time' with her family and all
the kids.....denise, her daughter in law,
made me a cool recording for my
phone....so anytime i get a message
now on my phone it says in denise's
voice:

"hello....pick up the phone,
it's your secret admirer,
pick up the phone..... it's me!!"

her voice is so hilarious that
it was funny and sweet....we
definitely had fun, and lilly and
trinie, and eri were all so adorable
stef, thanx for the fun and invite!!
that was a great way to decompress
after a long day's work.

ok, so this am, calling my seller
for diamond then the other realtor
who may do an offer,
then pic cd's for darlene
and also bringing my pic cd's
from coca (just in case), then
paying bills.....perfect motivator
before heading to work, right??

k, wrote a novel here, so will
let you go.....for now...lol
