it was papa's birthday today
his 65th
i got to spend some quality time
with my family, which i'm grateful for!!
then back to work i am

all day today, very gray and
was drizzly this am.
maybe tomorrow will be better?

or the desert lately?
i'm wondering if it's sunny anywhere
in so cal right now?
worked on an upcoming listing
to maybe double~end it
this weekend, we shall see.
if not, i think i can sell it
fairly quickly because of the
location for actually more...but
it would be so nice for my client
to get it now for less, as is....
gotta make more calls
and get out of here eventually
