hmmm, ok so, was thinking this morning before I got out of bed, how do I know whether I need more sleep or not?
does your brain slow down when you haven't let it sleep enough?
Is it your brain that is actually asleep, while you're sleeping? Or is it working even harder on dreams, REM, etc.?
Going to work on my newsletter hopefully today so I can get it out by the weekend or first part of September.....also, have a mailing piece that I need to get my photo shot for (hopefully this weekend?) with me in golf pants, etc.....will be hokey, but hopefully make people who live at the golf course remember my name....and to call me when they are selling....ok, gotta get back into my day....have a great day!!
