funny how nobody ever thinks about how much time I am on the clock...they only think all I did was collect a check after putting my sign up and maybe doing two open houses or so....I have worked and worked and worked to get people's homes sold and it's not almost EVER easy....I love what I do and yes, it does require skill at times and timing and also "know how" in negotiating important factors associated with someone buying your home or you selling it and getting all parties to meet up with.....not to mention having to deal with the other parties Realtors....
