How are you doing today? It's Wednesday, right? LOL Just kidding, I know what today is...was just testing you....lol kidding again! Anyway, was just trying to get my bearings!
It's been a busy, eventful week so far. Seems Sellers are taking hits here and there...and you know what, I think I'd take a hit in this market, versus last years market at this time. We're still above what prices were last year, it's just taking longer for your home(s) to sell.
I had a few appointments yesterday and one was with my business consultant, then another with a client, and we are discussing pricing, etc. It's funny, I forgot to say something that was important....like, I just sold a home yesterday and the price that the Sellers took, ended up being late last years pricing....and for less than that actually......However, it's still a very nice price for the Buyer and Seller and I don't want to get into everyone's purses, just as I assume that people don't want to get into mine.
You have a home, you want to sell it, everyone is doing their best right now to make that happen.
Isadora should be closing later this week and possibly early next week. Waiting right now to hear back from the Lender....

I have been working on a deal and with some clients for three to four weeks.....and yesterday, late afternoon, their offer was accepted.....It's a property in Upland and it's a great price....Seller is moving out of state later this month and the timing and my clients hanging in there and following the property, worked out to their ultimate success. They sounded really happy late yesterday, so was glad about that.
Did manage to get a decent night's sleep....it's amazing how the company you keep can influence you this way or that....also, the way THAT YOU ARE HOLDING THINGS in your head....
