How are you?
I'm in LA County today and enjoying the time "out of the area".
I'm planning on a trip on the Gold Line from Pasadena into Union Station in Downtown. Then tripping it on the Red Line into Hollywood. (Kodak Theater)
Having Lunch with my friend, John, then hopefully doing a bit of shopping or something. Then one of my friends will pick me up from Union Station and I'll be headed back.
Seeing a warehouse conversion today in South Pasadena that used to be a warehouse, and was converted into Condo's two-four years ago. It's priced at $620K Bottomline and is approx. 1,300 s.f. We'll see what it looks like.....
