Had a few appointments today and my listing appointment ended up waiting for a week, because they told me that the neighbors kids may want to buy their home. Good news and bad news, right??
So, after the weekend, I will check back with my client and see what happened?? I told them, no problemo, and that we'd list their beautiful home next week....We'll see what happens.
On another note, looks like Estrellita's price reduction was a GREAT CHANGE!! By tomorrow morning, we will have three offers for my Sellers to choose from....WOOHOO!!
I hope to open escrow on it by Monday.
I do have that home poised to be on the Daily Bulletin's Front Cover Page of the Real Estate Section......that was something that I had reserved over a month ago for Estrellita so even though we had one offer at deadline for the newspaper, I went ahead with my previous plan, just in case!!
