Today I've had to bite my tongue a few times ....Preparing for some appointments, especially one with a client that may be upset with me because I'm not going to suggest the price they want to sell their home for....when I meet them. ....Hmmmm, what sells a home these days?
Well, I did speak with my Manager, Jesse, about it just now, trying to prepare myself.
Some people don't get what they want and automatically have to put blame somewhere. The kind of clients that I want to work with are the kind that are flexible to their approach, try for the most, but ultimately do rely on a "professional's" opinion..... and also value it. They have a goal, and want to utilize the services of a professional to achieve that goal....Those are the kinds of clients that I want to work with....and the kind of Salesperson that I want to work with too, when I'm buying something or acquiring services for something.....
The kind of clients that I don't care to work with anymore are the kind who don't listen and aren't "up to selling".....I mean, this isn't a "dress rehearsal" ~~ YOU EITHER WANT TO SELL YOUR HOME OR YOU DON'T.
