I have been on the telephone all morning...Mostly covering inspection items...one of my listings had a physical home inspection on it yesterday and so I'm working to find out how it went.
Looks like there were alot of details that came up during the physical home inspection that the other agent and I are working to satisfy both the Buyer's And Sellers' positions and see if we can come to a midway point between the two....This is relevant, because after a home inspection, a buyer could decide that they are no longer interested in the subject property. Also, this gives the Seller a chance to "fix or allow"for any repairs that they Buyer may or is requesting.
Home Inspections are definitely something that I would suggest when buying your next piece of real estate.
