I am working on getting a few more listings sold hopefully this week. Overland Drive is such a gorgeous property...I am working to find the person who is qualified and ready to buy it. I have been diligently sifting through people/places, delivering fliers and the like, mentioning it whatever meeting I'm at, whether it's lunch, caravan, etc....I'm working on getting Overland and Sunnybrook on our Virtual Tour.....at The Rancho/Upland Caravan....3/4 acre under $700K that is stunning, why Not???!!! Also, got a great price reduction on Sunnybrook and am showing it today, plus Open Housing it tomorrow.....I asked everyone at our Caravan meeting yesterday to PRAY FOR SUN SUNDAY!!
