Just finishing up on some last minute Saturday night details and had a productive day...Sold Cartilla in Rancho Today, very happy and elated about this.

Tomorrow morning have an early morning appointment on Shadowgrove and they are also threatening to write an offer...already after two days on the market!! ? I hope this one also works out.
