Had a get together with one of my friends recently and it was so nice to visit and also for me to not be working.....not that I don't love my job.

I'm off to Corona today to meet almost everyone, except one of the parties, with the sale of Presidio Circle.....yes, escrow is OFFICIALLY OPENED AND IT'S SOLD!! Termite, Seller, Appraiser and Escrow...Yup, all in one visit!! Trying to work as efficiently and productively positive as possible.

Need to catchup on paperwork also later today, as well as prepare for my weekend appointments and even get in some ironing (hahaha) with my new iron and table. That will probably be just as exciting as going to Corona for me....in it's own way.....
