Working on Acacia in Fontana.....first buyer didn't work out....got a nice message from my client this afternoon, saying he totally has every confidence in me....that was SO NICE! So, trying with another buyer who my lender, Karen, referred to me....thank you Karen!! we'll see how that goes. Otherwise, it's going into the mls.....I want it sold YESTERDAY!
Darlene is getting an offer tomorrow......hope that works out...talked with the Realtor this am, and sounds really promising....hope they come through with a great offer.....we are ready and waiting.
