which will be ready in late may
it's finally better weather!

finalizing price on palmetto
today with sellers
lunch with my
realtor friend, mary
then will be
trying to tie up
loose ends
(lots of details)
pay my bills (probably tonight)
keep myself organized
think it's finally ok to wash the car?
hope so at least
haven't wanted to get the car wash
met with sellers on acacia yesterday
the unit is so nice!
have a buyer that we're working with
who's also a past client of mine
hopefully it comes together today
he's talking with the lender
to get pre~approved on it
and then
will finalize the contract
once we know we're good
to go with the financing
hope it works out
be so nice to work with
two past clients
on the same property!
well, gotta get ready
have much running around
to do today
