yesterday and as long
as i get the counter back
signed tomorrow, it's SOLD!
we are supposed to be getting
an offer on diamond place
tomorrow morning....just a
few hours from now...
my sellers have a ton of
upgrades on their
home, so i'm hoping that
the buyers are willing
to recognize this and
compensate/make their
offer accordingly.
i am planning
an open house for
diamond place sunday...
learned how to email
counter offers today

ran to costco tonight
for a quick run thru
and got mostly
office supplies
tomorrow 'the sentinel' comes
out....if you see it, please let me
know how it is???
i probably won't have time to
see it tomorrow
maybe this weekend?
sent out thank you notes
tonight...was a bit behind
on them and i hate that, so
glad to get them out
acacia is getting
ready to sell
i can feel it
hopefully by this next week
or even this weekend

todd's been busy
today also...had to
change out a pic
of diamond...
will be networking the
flier around tomorrow
to local realtors,
loan officers,
title officers,
real estate professionals
in the area.
can't wait to hear the gossip
(actually it may become
reality!) from someone...
who may
be doing something
interesting very soon
i know it's mysterious
just can't divulge anything
at this stage of the game...if
it happens, i'd love it!
