and it's kinda drizzly
up printing forms for turner ave.
...and also doing research
in my old neighborhood in alta
loma....also going to call on
availability for showings in
mostly upland, but maybe
alta loma & rancho cucamonga
too....it's a dry run for a client
and i to see if there's anything
that would prevent them from
renting.
why rent these days??
hardly any reasons to do it
although if situation is right
for the person, i'm not against
it.
just don't want anyone not
to own in still a rising market
like we're still in.
