Just back from a great workout and breakfast. During breakfast, I was sitting near a group of New Yorkers, or I’m assuming from that part of North America (Thanks Murilla!)....and they were elderly, and it was cute hearing them talking about flying and one time (don’t you hate/love eavesdropping?!) they were flying. The plane took off fast, while already in flight, it surged quickly, and the one gal said that she immediately looked at the flight attendant’s face, to see if they were in real danger....too funny!!
My workout, with my newly found lower back connection, was successful.....only thing was that I think I lifted too much while doing my shoulder workout and new my lower back is really sore. Plus, while doing my ab exercises, my lower abs started cramping...OUWEEE IS RIGHT! I almost couldn’t walk anymore and thought I may pass out....sat down and luckily it went away. I think I was pushing myself too much to overcompensate for my late night snack last night? Dumb.
Well, going to shower now, then headed out to the sunny upper deck to lay out and stare at Venice on one side of the boat....and yes, you can see Piazza St. Marco’s Tall Tower (smile) and on the other side of out boat is a gorgeous other cruise liner that I had looked at (because it also came to Venezia) called MSC Musica. It looks like ALL ROOMS have their own private balconies....at least on my side of what I can see of their ship....looks newer, with a large viewing tv/movie screen on the pool deck, like this boat has.....so I’d bet it’s also built around 2005 or so. Maybe I’ll look it up when I get home to see more details....I know it was more pricey and that’s one of the main reasons I didn’t take it.
