Spoke with my friend, Mario, recently. His dogs, shown here, are now over a year old! Can't believe it....seems like yesterday that they were just cute little puppies.

Showing one of my listings today ~ just set it up, I'm off to redo a flier for an Open House this weekend and hopefully will have the energy to get in a workout, with weights at least, not sure about my cardio...maybe I'll just do cardio, well, we'll see....buh bye.....
