Picconi Warns Keller Williams Agent..."Be Fair to Your Client."

Had an agent call me this afternoon after my Open House on Overland and was so resistant to answering my question, "What are your client's name?" that I almost hung up the phone or completely decided inside my head that we shouldn't work with her, or her clients. Which is sad honestly, because her clients were nothing but nice, nice, nice when they stopped by my open house.

What are you agents out there thinking????
