Hello There!!
It’s actually just after 3pm on Thursday and it’s been a busy, productive day so far. Most importantly, working on client things right now. I’m actually at an upcoming listing, letting and waiting for the window cleaner, Rafael from Sunshine Windows to clean all the windows and sills in the house. I’m doing this in preparation for listing the home in the next week or two. It’s a 3 bedroom, pool home near Dona Merced Elementary School, just North of Church and West of Haven Ave.
Had an interesting conversation with my tailors today. They are selling the business and moving back to Romania...I hate to see them go!! And, I thought maybe I’ll be able to help them sell their business. Sure enough, looks like I will be able to.
It’s a Tailor in the west side of Town @ Foothill Blvd. and Vineyard Avenue and they even do "on the spot" tailoring. I’m actually wondering if I should invest in it?? It’s very successful and they have all the receipts and direct deposits into the bank from their Visa/Mastercard machine, plus I believe what they’re telling me. Looks like a great opportunity!!
I am wondering if I should tell certain people about it??
Had lunch with Heidi Burns of GMAC Properties Unlimited in Alta Loma today....did you know that Heidi and I share the same birthday?? Cool, eh?!
We had a great time at PF Changs in Rancho Cuc, and enjoyed the Mongolian Beef and PF’s Spicy Chicken....with BROWN rice! We were funny about being superstitious about the brown rice being more healthy to eat....hope it is!! LOL
Actually, funny, cause after I left there, was picking up my fliers (see pic) for Presidio Circle and then went to my Tailors to pick up my clothes that needed tailoring (should have tailored those pants from yesterday, JESUS!!), ANYWAY, Turns out they are selling the business....so that was cool and I hope that I’m able to help them get out of there....and transition someone into the business and train the new people.
How is your week going? HAPPY MARCH 1ST, by the way!! I believe this and next month, especially this month, I’m going to be very active in my work.
Actually, I’m thinking that March is going to be one of my busiest months of this year.....had a little help from the pet psychic....kidding!!
Still here, and getting restless....think I may have to work on more paperwork...see you later!
