it's high noon tuesday
and i'm @ the office trying to get
lots of stuff done
i'm having to just do one thing @ a time
otherwise, it can get too overwhelming, right?
things are looking good w/diamond place
got loan docs @ escrow this morning
so that's a great thing
my sellers are getting really exciting
and it's great to hear that in their voice
coca's septic is being quoted today
and then hopefully all the contingencies
will be met
have to run to lowe's @ some point
to try to find a damper shut~off for
a fireplace on one of my listings
my client already checked @ home
depot, so i told them that i'd try
lowe's for them....
well, gotta run
