client increases offer

i am currently working
with a client who is
making an offer on a home
and tonight we are meeting
to increase the original offer

maybe we offered too low
to begin with?

for some reason the seller
is not responding to our offer
so hopefully now they are.

i've had it where the seller
held out, after they verbally
said they'd sell it to my client
then changed their mind!

and so many other ways, as well.

so you see, it can be a bit crazy
out here...welcome to the world
of real estate...lol
