I have heard since Friday that so and so may have an offer for us on Sunnybrook in Upland. Was funny, spoke with my Seller today about it and she's (and I) hoping that the next time I call her, it will be because we have an offer....that is acceptable.
Even @ lunch today, ran into a few Realtors actually....one I hadn't met or seen in a while, and a couple who own a local office who I've never had the pleasure of meeting. So as I walked over to introduce myself....the Realtor @ the next table stopped me and introduced herself to me (yes, felt famous a bit...lol) and then proceeded to tell me that she showed her client Sunnybrook and her client liked it but it was a bit too high for her. I hope that they make an offer....this way my Seller can decide what she wants to do?
