my reputation proceeds me?

Hi There!

Getting ready to head to a final walk thru with a VIP client.

Then showing one of my listings....hope to double~end it!!


Found out recently that when I stood up at a real estate meeting, during introductions,
and acknowledged one of the many escrow companies that were
represented in the room, and gave them a great testimonial, that
there were a few people who talked about it.

I hear, they said that "Todd's particular about his details", etc.....which is good if you're
a Realtor so I'm flattered....it was funny though, that a few Realtors
in the room knew that about me....kinda cracked me up in a weird way,
good though.

The story goes that if "Todd said they are doing a great job at XYZ Escrow, then
that means alot because he's particular about details and for him to say this,
means that they are really good!!"....

***I am taking it as a compliment.....because that's how I choose to take this one.
