feels like home.....

Tonight I got alot of details handled....

was able to get some negotiations done
on one of my listings and pricing...

tomorrow calling the Seller of another
and working with them to see if there's
anything we can do to help "allure"
more buyers out of the woods.

a potential buyer who I showed one
of my listings to yesterday called
late tonight.....talked with them
and have a few answers to retrieve
for them tomorrow....then hopefully by
early next week, they will make an offer
on my listing?

Printed up contracts for a possible
upcoming listing near Cal State SB
(San Bernardino) in the upcoming
hopefully near future.

Have had a whole lot of organizing
that I've worked on all night it
seems and I'm running on 4.5 hours
sleep from last night so I know it's
time I hit the hay and hopefully get
some POWERFUL Z'S TONIGHT!

I am so grateful for many of your
support and friendships....

got some great stuff this week
from past clients who are also
friends and it really makes me
feel good inside...so THANK YOU!!

I will hopefully get to put
some of them on here...you bet
I will, as soon as I have a chance

Oh, reshot pics of Isadora today
and they came out much better...
I hope the Sellers are Impressed!

ALSO, got a call from a Realtor
in San Francisco area that they
have a potential buyer...THAT
would be WONDERFUL AND I'm totally
open to seeing where this leads..

Faxed the out of area Realtor the
"Agent Printout" and hoping
to hear something on that soon
as well.

I still have to get my files
closed so I can get my paycheck
on Darlene and Coca from last
Friday....hopefully my file is
complete, it's just a matter of
assembling it all to turn it in.

call you back, but I really appreciate
your calling and hopefully things
go smoothly.

Did I tell you that I got to workout
with him this morning? That was cool.

Also, gave him a haircut that was
long overdue. First time for everything,
right?? We took before and after pics
and I hope he gets them to me so I can
show you guys...he looks 10 years (no
joke!) younger!!
