Didn't sleep much, I'm thinking but who could sleep in this heat?
It's getting harder to lie in bed in the morning because they are so beautiful....it's supposed to be 105 today in our area or somewhere around there?
Here is a pic of my newest little helper....The Key of Life.
I've been wearing one around my neck lately....(see pic from Thursday, also closeup this am) especially starting Thursday when there was a lot of stuff going on and I felt like I was going here and there and needed as much "help" or "protection" as I could get.
I got it at the local Religious Store and they are beautiful....or peace of mind, I suppose. They are made in Italy and you can hook them to your keychain or wherever you want.
The Key of Life contains St. Christopher ~ Scapular ~ Miraculous ~ St. Joseph ~ Infant of Prague ~ Lady of Mt. Carmel

This has helped bring some peace or "get me through" a few very challenging days. Hope I did the right thing everywhere and with everyone that I encountered?
Headed to workout this am, then visit my family.
It will be nice to see and visit with them. I haven't really in over a week.
