managed to make it home in one piece today. What a great three nights in LA!

stanley, thanx for saying that I sounded rested today.

managed to learn alot while i was away.
not going to capitalize much anymore on here
it's the new style, right?

working on a new upland listing
tomorrow i stop by to give them a few pointers to help w/"staging"
that's all my buzz right now
'todd knows how to stage'

the most important thing i learnt while i was away, was to:
say what's really there....in any conversation.
so not holding back at all right now
and it's great
because a friend of a friend's (craig) passed away of a heart attack
this week ~ was yvonne's (mama y's) former boss and it was really sad.
he was only 43 and just went capput!

so saying all the niceties that i'm feeling in my meetings now
who knows when and if i'll get to see them again

God knows that i learnt that lesson early in life.

ALSO, Gardenia closed....Yeah! THANK YOU PAT AND JUDY for calling on me to sell your Mom's place. What a privilege it has been and I do really appreciate your confidence in my abilities.

doing lots of laundry tonight
have already done three loads and working on my fourth (if i can make it that far?)

got some cool cd's @ the virgin on sunset blvd. while in hollywood.
two were free and i was so excited to get those two.
one of them is the cirque d'solei soundtrak to quirom (or something like that?)
going to play it tomorrow @ my open house as background music

hope to sell darlene this weekend

well i know i have so much more to write

but am pre~occupied with doing other runaround your house stuff right now
