new condo listing

tomorrow i'm meeting with a past client to list their fontana condo
it will be priced around $230K and they already have a buyer
so i'm giving them a break on the commission
fair, no?
they could just do it without me
i think they're better off with a realtor on their side though
just in case!!

has anyone seen the new "blowout" with jonathan?
it's on bravo on tuesday nights
9pm i think, or 6pm if you have direct tv

anyway, i enjoy that show...you learn alot from him
he really is empowering because he always knows what he wants
and how he wants it
can you imagine? lol (not like i'm not that way...that's why i'm laughing!!)

tonight found out some information that the sellers of my condo lied to me
or conveniently left something out

oh, saw 'the inside man' over the weekend
definitely a video movie
jodie was especially good in it, i thought
but typical kinda bank robbery movie

basic instinct 2 comes out this friday
