P.S. I am listing a new property in Upland near 17th and Campus this Saturday. It's a single level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, approx. 2,000+ s.f. and it's been remodeled (after a fire), so that means alot of the remodel is less than 5 years old....kinda like buying a home that is an effective age of less than 5 years old...which is such a great thing for this area!! The kitchen is out of this world!! (where the majority of the remodel was done)....The backyard has a large wraparound patio and nice brick (if I recall decking?), a huge coy pond and it's right next to the Colonies in Upland and the Golf Course, and doesn't have Mello Roos Taxes or Higher Tax Rate....Yeah!!

Price range will be around $700K.
