I just begun my new Detox.....and I'm sitting here on my sofa, wondering what's next?
Here is my Radio Station that I listen to on Yahoo....I hope that it doesn't play a song you don't enjoy, although it does sometimes play songs that I don't enjoy...so what can I say?

This morning a dear friend of mine shared a thought with me...and I wanted to share it with you, also. Here goes:
I have compassion for my parents' childhood.
I now know that I have chosen them because they were perfect for what I had to learn.
I forgive them and set them free, and I set myself free.
Well, back to playing catchup I go....I am hopefully going to be able to update my website...seems since I E 7.0 came out, the program I use through Advanced Access, has not allowed me to update it. I've been a bit worried, aggravated, well, those aren't the right words. Maybe I want to say concerned or that I've noticed it and the detail that my website still says something about "Fall" is bothering me. How's that?
