I've been meaning to catchup on putting pics and such on here, but haven't had the time.
This morning I was up around 530-630am, around that time and luckily, got a decent night's sleep.
Yesterday, went over Request for Repairs on Estrellita and hopefully today will be finalizing the repairs list with the Buyers agreeing to what the Seller agreed to do or not do.
Loma Sola is closing escrow this morning and I'm happy to report that we got record price for this time of the year there!! I'm really glad since the market has changed alot since June, 2006.
Still getting great prices, mind you.....just takes longer.

Mama Yvonne is helping me out the past few days with Pads, stuffing the bags, etc. Hoping to pick more up from her tomorrow....and throw them. Gotta keep my name out there!!
