Thought about Ms. Bella more than once today...
Someone close to me is about to lose one of their pets...and talking with them today, made me think of the great experiences and also how difficult it was to say "Goodbye" to my Dalmatian, Bella....I know she's in a better, happier, place. Playing hide and seek with me all the time, I'm sure, especially when I'm home. Just wish I could see her!!

Today was fortunate & blessed to be needed in the city of Riverside....We went to view the home that is in b & w & color.....the other one was the home directly across the street....what a neighborhood!!
Hope something else that's positive comes out of it....

WEREP GUEST SPEAKER: SUE OXARART, DIRECTOR OF MARKETING, ONTARIO MILLS
We were fortunate to have Sue Oxarart, Director of Marketing for Ontario Mills, speak to our group at WEREP (West End Real Estate Professionals), on March 2nd. Sue gave us a wealth of information and some interesting tidbits of information; did you know that there are 8,614 parking spaces, 101 handicap spaces, a parking lot size of 73 ACRES?? Also, the oval track inside the mall measures about 9/10 of a mile...for you walkers out there. The first year alone, it's been there 10 years now (can you believe it?), it created about 6,500 jobs at over $65million. The construction created 2,500 new jobs. Tax revenues to the City, County, and State have exceeded over millions of dollars. On a typical Saturday, there are over 90,000 people frequenting the mall.

Following a strong improvement in December, pending home sales declined in January, due in part to inclement weather across much of the country, according to a recent report from NAR.
In January, the Pending Home Sales Index (PHSI), which gauges home sales activity for upcoming months based on the number of transactions that have signed contracts but are not yet closed, stood at 108.7, down 4.1 percent from the previous month and down 8.9 percent from a year ago.
A PHSI of 100 or more generally indicates a high level of home sales activity."We are seeing temporary near-term weather disruptions in much of the country, but there is an underlying pattern of stabilization in the housing market," said NAR Chief Economist David Lereah of January's decline.
Despite the weather's impact on pending home sales, the January PHSI was the second highest since August 2006.

First-time buyers typically purchase a home equal to 85 percent of the prevailing median price. The monthly payment including taxes and insurance was $3,230 for the fourth quarter of 2006.
At 41 percent, the High Desert and Sacramento regions were the most affordable C.A.R. regions in the state. Santa Barbara and Los Angeles were the least affordable regions in the state at 19 percent.

Alot of people are already talking about this movie....I'm sure it will definitely make money....I read it was around $60M to make, which is a very modest amount, considering all the visual special effects it's said to have.
Warner Bros. is hoping it makes more where Troy and Alexander didn't.
