thursday night

just got back from
ps today
here is a pic
of the mtns off the 10 fwy
i think it may be
san gorgonio mtns
but not quite sure?

it seems like i haven't
written in a while
.......how are you doing???

negotiated
an offer on palmetto
yesterday and as long
as i get the counter back
signed tomorrow, it's SOLD!

we are supposed to be getting
an offer on diamond place
tomorrow morning....just a
few hours from now...

my sellers have a ton of
upgrades on their
home, so i'm hoping that
the buyers are willing
to recognize this and
compensate/make their
offer accordingly.
i am planning
an open house for
diamond place sunday...

learned how to email
counter offers today
it's very cool!!
thanks nick!

ran to costco tonight
for a quick run thru
and got mostly
office supplies

tomorrow 'the sentinel' comes
out....if you see it, please let me
know how it is???
i probably won't have time to
see it tomorrow
maybe this weekend?

sent out thank you notes
tonight...was a bit behind
on them and i hate that, so
glad to get them out

acacia is getting
ready to sell
i can feel it
hopefully by this next week
or even this weekend
we'll have that in escrow also.
i'm working on it, mando!!
PROMISE ;)

redid the flier for
todd's been busy
today also...had to
change out a pic
of diamond...
will be networking the
flier around tomorrow
to local realtors,
loan officers,
title officers,
real estate professionals
in the area.

can't wait to hear the gossip
(actually it may become
reality!) from someone...
who may
be doing something
interesting very soon

i know it's mysterious
just can't divulge anything
at this stage of the game...if
it happens, i'd love it!

well, i have more to do still,
so g'night!

happy friday everyone !!!

peeping tom

Peeping Tom

This girl I know, lives on the 7th floor of an apartment, and even though it is a fairly good neighborhood she has been having trouble with a Peeping Tom that lives next door...

Every time she goes out on her balcony to catch a bit of sun while wearing her bikini this peeping tom looks over from his balcony, as soon as she removes her top, and stares at her...

She has complained to the Agents about this peeping tom, but he says she must have positive proof before he can do a thing -

She FINALLY got a picture of him while he was staring at her...

Scroll Down

Slow Down!

EASY NOW!

Gotcha didn't I ???

late easter greeting...

A lady opened her refrigerator and saw a rabbit sitting on one of the shelves.

"What are you doing in there?" she asked.

The rabbit replied: "This is a Westinghouse, isn't it?"

The lady replied, "Yes."

"Well," the rabbit said, "I'm westing."

thursday or friday?

i may not be
writing
again until
thursday
or friday

hope
you have a
great few
days
and that
i have fun
stuff to share
w/you
then....bfn

good intentions

tonight had great intentions
to get to bed early
and at a decent hour

unfortunately, got caught
up in preparing the guest
room, etc. and time has
slipped away....again,
i know.

it'll be worth it to see
john though...we've been
friends for quite a long
time and been through
lots of thick and thin
together.
(since 1993)

he has his own biz
in north carolina
and has been
very successful
@ being a contractor,
design maven and so
much more

he's really talented
and can also
paint to make a wall
look ike stone, marble,
brick or pretty much
anything you could
imagine.

he also flips real estate
back there
and does construction
so he's always
really busy as well.

his mom is dancing in
vegas this weekend
so he's stopping in
to visit for a couple days
then off to vegas he
goes. was going to
go myself for a night ~
for some reason can't
ever stay there that
long myself, but it
doesn't look like it
will work out @ this time.

i am wanting to get my
pads out for windhaven
in rialto and also gilbert
pl. in alta loma....just
haven't had a chance.
maybe this week though.

tonight spoke with a referral
and may find myself in
corona sometime tomorrow
or later this week....have
already found them the house,
we just need to see the inside
and go from there....may be
showing craftsman~style homes
in the wood street area of
riverside to the same client...
we will see?

do you do your own
housecleaning?

i struggle with keeping
my tidy and want to be sure
that all's in place...esp. w/out
of towners...lol

probably won't cook much
but maybe we can bbq on
one of the days/nights?

i will see what john feels like
doing when he gets here...
he said he probably will nap
once he arrives since he's
only getting 4 hours sleep
max tonight

you get such a high
when you have your own
biz and finally finish
the final details and are
packing your bags! mine
comes on the way out of town
and i feel myself decompressing
and starting to think of, of
course, more business ideas!

it's because i get
pre-occupied with stuff
while i'm in town, i think?

so as soon as i leave,
it's like all these ideas
start coming into my head.

maybe i'll get to get out of town
sometime soon?

any good movies lately?

i want to see the sentinel and
also there's another, besides
mi3 that i want to see

so out of touch
movie wise right now

but it's all good

i want to sell more homes
this year than last year.

i hope to keep up the pace
and do what i need to....to
make that happen.

good friday coffee...

just finished my good friday coffee
have had a wonderful morning so far
been up since 5am

now to get to other "work" items

offer came in yesterday on darlene ct.
we are a small/tiny ways off...considering
the price and it's very little under it.

i hope we're able to make it work for my
clients and the buyers. all seems well
as far as qualifying, they do have a home to
sell. that shouldn't be a problem.

the condo's got listed yesterday
in a few weeks i will hopefully
have at least one more

got a call from a gal
i met over 6 years ago
she used to work
for standard pacific
can't wait to meet her later
and hopefully get her
and her husband's home listed

ravonna, it's a privilege, it really is,
that you'd remember and call
on me! omg!

well, gotta get ready for darlene ct
and call my sellers on that one
so we can figure out
what we're doing....

ciao ciao and happy good friday!
more coffee now please!

ca housing starts rebound

Boosted by new condo and apartment projects in Los Angeles County, new home construction in California rebounded in February, increasing 8 percent when compared with the construction pace recorded during February 2005, the California Building Industry Association (CBIA) recently reported.

Based on the number of building permits issued, 15,571 new housing units were started throughout the state in January.

Single-family units accounted for 57.7 percent of the starts, down 14 percent from the same period one year earlier, while multifamily production was up nearly 64 percent from February 2005.

During the first two months of 2006, California housing starts totaled 27,866, a 1.4 percent decrease compared with the same period one year earlier.

"The permit count for the first two months of 2006 is virtually the same as the first two months of 2005. The key difference is that the number of multifamily units permitted is well ahead of last year, while single-family starts are down.

The majority of the multifamily gain is in the Los Angeles area and is a result of the startup of numerous new rental and condominium projects in downtown Los Angeles," said CBIA Chief Economist Alan Nevin.
